Hi girls,
is lucky to motivation is still there and I think I get through the next day's working without solid food am. Then, on Friday, I'll start with a normal meal , probably at noon. I will stick to the recipes here , and maybe a little photograph and place it on the blog. (. I'll throw my studies and I will make the cooking lately a lot of fun: D)
The first drink this morning was only half as bad.
The second drink at midday was less beautiful, but I've got it down. A few hours later I still have a stock
In the evening there was the third drink .
also I drink a lot of tea - green tea, rose hips and no sugar course.
I was not hungry all day , is the biggest problem remains the appetite . ( It's just good food on TV to see! Always! And everywhere!) Sometimes I just headaches, but that will most likely be due to my cold.
Tip: I have before yesterday downloaded a free app called calorie counter . There is the weight, the added calories and held training sessions. If you have an iPhone, do I watch the time on! ;)
