as in my intentions for 2011 described, I would finally reduce my weight, come to my ideal weight and it above all: keep !
I've already dealt with a lot of diets and the like, and now everyone should know that diets, like the zero-diet or the cabbage soup diet, totally useless, and bring the well-known yo-yo effect.
I would like to maintain my weight, I'll probably switch my diet need. My diet is known under the name - Slim sleep . This will be followed by a separate post, because I want to start my weight loss differently.

The whole thing should proceed as follows:
first Week:
3x daily Almased, vegetable, mineral
from 2 Week to about 7 Week:
Almased 2x a day, a "real" meal
thereafter (approximately 18 weeks):
1x daily Almased, 2 "real" meals
I will lead, especially in the first week, a small diary every day and write a few lines - if I've lost and how I was made.
