Hello my friends!
I thought I'd get a workshop for you if you like.
the time I was unfortunately caught a bad cold and it would have been really nice, I would have a the beautiful handkerchief boxes that are in the moment as shown in the www achieved ............ but nothing. Since women have ran themselves. * Laughs *
However, I've made it something else.
First of all, I do like the Kleenex Balsam tissues and the (as well as many others) are now even in this elongated shape on the market, not square.
Second, my box should be more stable and I have taken proper solid board.
And here I show you now how I did my box.
First you need cuts of at least 2mm thick gray cardboard.
2 x 24cm x 12cm
2x 24cm x 7cm
2x 12.4 cm x 7cm
1x 25.5 cm x 13.5 cm
How you look, the Taschentücherbox fits inside.
Now we need the second Cut 24cm x 12cm.
He would have fit right into the box. It may be that it does not exactly match because chipboard containing cut can also always so difficult. Then you should adjust it. So if cut somewhere or if it is too small and too wobbly sitting, cut a new piece.
It should fit snugly in the box.
Now you need also still an open for the handkerchiefs.
But I've taken the template of the original.
So calculated on the gray piece of cardboard the exact center, and this was determined with the oval cut-fold and with the help of a needle pricking the 2 middle brought together.
Now tighten the Pappstückchen oval with a pencil.
So that afterwards nothing of the actual Handkerchief provides the oval circuit but should be somewhat smaller than the original. I got to about 5mm drawn smaller.
And cut with the cutter.
is not able to become perfect, but since my first Tissue box, and 2 it is for myself, I can live with it. Practice makes perfect. ;)
So, exact same thing you do now with the larger piece of 25.5 cm x 13.5 cm.
is easiest if one superimposes the boards and then tracing the oval with a pencil.
It should then look like.
must now be obtained from the two boards. I am sure most of colored paper.
It is enough if one side is "beautiful" based, the other one sees may end anyway.
The Oval I dress up in which I cut into small pieces and then folded away inside.
It looks so the "ugly" side.
But as I said, they no longer see them afterwards.
Of course, even here the corners are handled.
This is the visible side.
now glued to the two "non-beautiful" successive pages, so that the ovals fit over each other and the larger piece of chipboard on each side, something survives.
This is the cover.
how it looks.
can now be embellished, May you all like it.
I took a paper from my favorite BoBunny.
BoBunny I love so much.
As the box comes with the office, I have kept very simple.
The beads around the opening were a temporary solution, because I was not the oval cutout succeeded well enough.
And so you can use the box forever and ever, because more and refillable.
I hope you like my small workshop.
There are certainly some of these workshops on the web.
I did not bother made to look, because I just wanted to make a box as easy as possible. And I think this is what I did.
With no glue and you can wait 2-3 hours in this box rebuild.
Have fun!!
